0:00 "My experience while listening was that I'm not a naturally scared person. Those kinds of things don't really influence my life. I was recently diagnosed with cancer, and that introduced a different fear. I've never had a fear of failing professionally or a fear that I'm not good enough. Something was introduced into my life that I didn't have control of, and that fear is something that's going to start grabbing hold of me, and already has. So listening to him talk about tracing and being able to look back, I think that if I do this, I can look over my journey as I start treatments. And giving myself grace. That's going to be so important going forward."

He really provided an avenue for us. His energy, and how he spoke to us, just genuine. Some of us who are a little more seasoned might look at him and think, oh, he's young. But his wisdom. He was able to impart some wisdom into us, and I think that says a lot about who he is as a person."
